General Manager Max Chen recalls with a smile that this product had been submitted three times before it won, reflecting the countless efforts and dedication behind it. From the initial design phase, the internal marketing and R&D teams worked closely together to deeply understand the product’s features. Designed specifically for high-end substrates and semiconductor industries, the product was well-received by the market upon its launch, resulting in a 15% revenue growth for the company, which further energized the entire workforce.

Max Chen highlights that the company is using the national recognition from the Taiwan Excellence Awards as a springboard to expand its market footprint. Through international marketing activities organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Foreign Trade Association, WEISUN INDUSTRIAL is promoting Taiwan's high-quality brands. The company has participated in exhibitions such as the Thailand Electronics Smart Manufacturing Expo and the Malaysia Semiconductor Expo, enhancing international visibility and fostering customer loyalty, thereby further amplifying its brand influence.
 
Fostering Unity: The Implementation of Health and Sports Culture
 
The success of a company depends not only on excellent products but also on effective management. Max Chen admits that to cultivate a shared value system and team cohesion, health and sports are essential starting points. Leading by example, he encourages employees to engage in physical activities, and the company has allocated  30%of its space for employee relaxation and exercise areas. In addition, WEISUN INDUSTRIAL organizes internal sports competitions and collaborates with external organizations for participation, nurturing an athletic mindset and perseverance among employees. The company also places great emphasis on holistic health care for its staffs, offering professional dietary advice, psychological counseling, and annual health check-ups that far exceed legal requirements.
 
To promote deeper communication between employees and the company, Max Chen arranges "General Manager Time" every month, where he personally meets with employees one-on-one to listen to their suggestions for the company’s development. Global Expansion: Steady Steps Towards an IPO
 
Shifting gears, Max talks about WEISUN Industrial’s ambition to expand globally, with a focus on regional marketing strategies and plans for an IPO. He explains that the company first plans to target Southeast Asia, China, Japan, and, with mature products sold in China and high-end products kept in Taiwan. The next step would be to penetrate the European market.
 
According to reports, WEISUN Industrial has also invested significant effort into building its brand marketing organization, which includes:
1.Changing the company name to " WEISUN Industrial" to enhance the brand identity and value of drying equipment, with the goal of becoming a global leader.
2.Establishing domestic and international sales channels, targeting Taiwanese manufacturers, Taiwanese businesspeople, and customers from Europe and America.
3.Introducing a CRM system to optimize the entire process from initial customer contact to after-sales service.

4.Conducting regular surveys on market competition and customer satisfaction, using the insights for improvements.

Regarding the IPO plan, Max Chen clearly states that WEISUN Industrial aims to go public in the next three to four years. He believes that going public is a crucial step in enhancing customer trust and market competitiveness. The company is currently making internal adjustments in preparation for this significant milestone.
 
Balancing Technological Innovation and Sustainable Management
 
Under Max Chen’s leadership, WEISUN Industrial has been profitable nearly every year, except for a slight loss during the global financial crisis. In terms of technological innovation, the company invests 7% of its revenue annually in R&D, with more than 30% of employees dedicated to technological development. The organizational structure includes departments such as sales, R&D, marketing, and manufacturing, all working together to advance research and development in intelligent technologies and green energy. The company is pioneering in industrial 4.0 and IoT integration, leading the way in green energy-saving and intelligent monitoring technologies.
